FlashListing provides listing and communication tools only. We do not verify every user, item, meeting, payment, or transaction.

1

Emergencies and Immediate Danger

FlashListing is not an emergency service. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, a crime is occurring, or urgent intervention is needed, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.

After contacting appropriate authorities, you may report related FlashListing URLs or account activity to us for platform review.

2

What to Report

Send reports involving:

  • Prohibited, illegal, stolen, counterfeit, unsafe, or regulated items.
  • Fraud, impersonation, phishing, suspicious payment requests, or deceptive listings.
  • Harassment, threats, hate material, exploitation, spam, or abusive inquiries.
  • Listings that expose private information or create safety risks.
  • Copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights concerns.
3

How to Report

Email safety@flashlisting.io with the public sale URL, item title, screenshots if available, your concern, and any context that helps us locate and evaluate the issue.

Copyright and IP reports should follow our Copyright Policy. Prohibited listing reports should also reference our Prohibited Items Policy.

What FlashListing May Do

Depending on the report and available information, we may review, remove, restrict, preserve, or disable content; suspend accounts; revoke collaborator access; block inquiries; contact the account holder; or cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, rights holders, hosting providers, or affected parties.

FlashListing does not guarantee that every report will result in removal, that removed content will remain unavailable forever, or that we can resolve disputes between buyers and sellers.

5

Buyer and Seller Safety

Buyers and sellers are responsible for evaluating each other, choosing safe meeting locations, inspecting items, using payment methods they trust, preserving records, and deciding whether to proceed with any transaction.

Review our Buyer Safety Disclaimer and Seller Conduct Standards before arranging an in-person pickup or sale.
